Returns/Cancellation​

• All returns must be pre-approved.

• No returns accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.

• Special order returns are subject to the policies of the manufacturer.

• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus the costs of repackaging.

• Returns of cut, or otherwise altered product are not accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders of stock items not yet picked or prepared for shipment can be canceled at any time.

• Orders picked/staged for shipment and canceled are subject to costs incurred and restocking fees.

• Special order cancellations are subject to the policies of the manufacturer.
